I've been craving chocolate mousse/ I didn't really crave it until I found a recipe for chocolate mousse. And I have the biggest sweet tooth and I found this recipe for making chocolate mousse with Herbalife's Dutch Chocolate formula 1 shake! How freaking awesome is that! They have a whole bunch of other recipes that I would like to try too like the chocolate truffle!! I'm so excited about it.
Here's the recipe:

Dutch Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
~4 level dsp HERBALIFE dutch chocolate Formula 1. (6 teaspoons)
~500g plain, low fat soy or dairy yoghurt
OR 500ml soy, or rice, or oat or dairy milk.(2 cups)
~85g Gelatine.(3 ounces)
~3/4 cup hot! Water
Method:
1.Dissolve gelatine in hot water and allow to cool.
2. Place all ingredients into a bowl.
3. Whip for 2 minutes with electric beater.
4. Pour into individual serving bowls.
5. Place in Fridge. Allow up to 3 hours to set.
6. Decorate with favorite fruit and serve.(optional)
Recipe equivalent to 2 meals or 4 to 6 deserts.
